Our masterclasses range from fabulous, step by step, on-line courses to on-location instruction.
We always have fun and we always have cake!

We recommend: Either starting with the Take Better Photos On-Line course or the actual masterclass, and/or the other one! This will get you up and running and much more confident.
Those with dSLR’s will get more out of the ‘walkshops’ where we interact with the landscapes and have plenty of opportunities to indulge our passion for taking photographs, only better! You will benefit more if you have done one of the Take Better Photos courses first.
Then gradually work your way through the masterclass walkshops, or, request another one!! We are always looking for new venues, and each of our masterclasses ends with coffee and cake to rest and exchange ideas and sometimes compare notes.
The list of available masterclasses is below, booking is simple and you can pay by Paypal or bank transfer. Gift vouchers are also available – the best thing?! They are downloadable and you can print them at home or have them posted to you. Perfect for those last minute gifts! Click here to buy a gift voucher now.
Take Better Photos Beginners Masterclass: The perfect class to improve your abilities with your camera
You enjoy taking photos, some turn out better than others and you’re beginning to feel frustrated…
Perhaps you’ve just received an all singing, all dancing camera as a gift, but the manual looks soooo big and a bit well, complicated?
Our Take Better Photos masterclass will show you how to get off the auto button and consistently take better photos in an easy to understand, relaxed photography workshop for beginners to intermediate photographers. We encourage anyone with ANY camera (tablet and phone users may not get the most out of this course but are welcome). You’ll be taking better photos before you know it. Rubber ducks will be involved!
This fun, relaxed, photography workshop experience was created for anyone who has ever said, ‘I wish I knew how to use my camera better,’ and ‘I can’t be bothered to read the manual,’ or ‘How do I get off auto?’.
The venue is 5 mins drive from the A3 (Buriton exit) or Petersfield is just over an hours train ride from Waterloo. A short taxi ride (or long walk) from Petersfield station.
The ultimate gift for the photographer in your life! Upto 4 hours of expert guidance from an award winning professional. Choose a location*, or have one suggested, prepare your class in advance with Tina, then go for it!

There is something magical about bluebell/autumnal woods. There is also challenging light conditions, a mesmerising vista of colour and a sense of ‘where do I begin?’
These workshops tackle the light and shade, we explore options for taking images above your current creativity threshold and push your composition boundaries like never before.
A working knowledge of aperture priority mode will assist you greatly in this but is not essential. Tripods are always a good idea but remember we do have a short (15 minutes) walk to the woods from the car park.
You can come along with a dSLR, bridge, CSC or compact camera – it’s about how you use the camera not the camera itself that’s important.
Afterwards a short drive will see us parked and enjoying hot steamy coffee and cake at a local establishment whilst comparing notes of course!
PRICE £79 inc cake and refreshments
which covers everything a beginner dSLR user would ever need to know is available as a week by week course.
